This is a guidebook for church discussions, discernment, and direction on Christian formation. It includes a definition for Christian formation and a discussion guide, which will help your church evaluate your ministry in terms of Christian formation. The four sessions can be used as a one or two day board/council planning retreat or as a discussion guide for your church board spread over two to four months of regular meetings.
